Shipping Policy – Mellow Suds

Thank you for shopping with Mellow Suds! We truly appreciate your support of our handcrafted bath and body products. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Because many of our products are handmade in small batches, processing times may occasionally extend during peak seasons, sales, or new product launches.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight
  • Package size
  • Destination
  • Selected shipping method

We currently ship via USPS and UPS using standard and expedited services when available.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Priority / Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

International Shipping

At this time, Mellow Suds ships within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.

Incorrect Address / Returned Packages

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer is responsible for any reshipping fees
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, delivery is outside of our control. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or your local post office
  • Filing a claim with the shipping carrier

Mellow Suds is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after shipment.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged items and packaging

We will review and work with you on a resolution.

Heat & Seasonal Shipping Notice

Due to the nature of handmade bath and body products, especially during warmer months, some melting or softening may occur during transit. This does not affect product quality and is not considered damage.

Holiday & Sale Shipping

During major sales, promotions, and holidays, processing times may be slightly extended due to higher order volume. We appreciate your patience during these busy seasons!
