- If you placed your order online at www.mellowsuds.com, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at MellowSudsSoap@gmail.com within 30 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will do our best to assist in a resolution to your issue!
- Photos of the package and damaged product are required - Please be sure to include those when contacting our team for a faster resolution.
- If the package has been delivered to the correct address, but the package is stolen from the delivery location, Mellow Suds, LLC is not responsible for replacing or refunding this package.
- If you paid a shipping charge on your original order, shipping charges are not refundable.
- Please ensure that you are double-checking that all shipping information (address, unit, zip code etc.) is correct before completing checkout – no alterations can be made once an order is placed.
